Shipping Policy

At Liquidation-Palletsale.com, we are committed to getting your pallets to you quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. We offer fast, reliable nationwide shipping throughout the continental United States.

Shipping Methods

We primarily use freight shipping for pallet orders. Depending on your location, order size, and warehouse availability, we may use:

• LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload) – For 1–6 pallets

• FTL Freight (Full Truckload) – For large/bulk orders

• Local Pickup – Available at select warehouse locations (by appointment only)

All shipments are handled by trusted freight carriers with tracking provided.

Processing & Handling Time

• Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Processing time may vary depending on order volume, location, and inventory availability.

Estimated Delivery Time

• East Coast & Central U.S.: 6–8 business days

• West Coast: 6–8 business days

• Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or other delays outside our control.

Delivery Requirements

• A valid, deliverable commercial or residential address must be provided at checkout.

• Someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.

• If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, liftgate service is required (select this option at checkout if needed).

• Any additional delivery fees (e.g., re-delivery, inside delivery, rural access fees) are the customer’s responsibility unless pre-arranged.

Damaged Shipments

If your pallet arrives visibly damaged, follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos of the damage before signing for delivery.

2. Note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL).

3. Contact us within 48 hours at info@liquidationpalletsale.com with photos and order details.

We will assist with filing a freight claim if eligible. Please remember: this policy covers shipping damage only — not product condition inside liquidation pallets.

Shipping Limitations

• We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations at this time.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you're near one of our warehouse locations, you may choose local pickup at checkout (if available). After purchase, we’ll contact you with pickup instructions and scheduling details.
